By accessing or using the YOURVAY app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

YOURVAY provides real-time, location-based local discovery. You may use the app as a guest or with an account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not use the service to post false, misleading, or abusive content; to harass others; to violate any law; or to attempt to manipulate taps or place data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

Taps and other contributions should reflect your honest, current experience. Do not spam, fake locations, or misuse the platform. We may use automated and manual review to detect abuse and maintain trust in the feed.

If you claim or use a vendor or business account, you represent that you have the authority to do so. Vendor features may be subject to additional terms. You may not use vendor tools to artificially inflate or manipulate your place's standing.

YOURVAY and its logos, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding or content without permission. User-generated content you submit may be used by us to operate and improve the service, in line with our Privacy Policy.

The service and all content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of taps or place information. Use of the service and any reliance on the feed is at your own risk. We are not liable for decisions you make based on YOURVAY.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOURVAY and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOURVAY and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
